The hotel's decoration is simply stunning, with beautiful furniture and colorful textiles in every room. It's a visual delight for someone like me, who appreciates design. The general areas of the hotel are equally well-decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people is commendable. There are ramps and elevators available, making it easy for older guests to navigate the hotel.
I would appreciate more assistance from the staff, especially considering the needs of senior guests. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more attentive to our needs.

The rooms at Hotel Djem were absolutely amazing. The bed was so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver on those hot Istanbul days. And the free WiFi was super fast!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the rain showerhead in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

Its central location is ideal for exploring the local attractions, with plenty of good restaurants in the area. Our room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street.
The lack of sound insulation in the room, which made it difficult to sleep through the calls to prayer from nearby mosques.

Great location and friendly staff. Situated in the heart of the city center, it was easy to walk to all the main attractions. the staff were always happy to help and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants. the breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options.
Rooms need improvement. the rooms were a bit small and outdated, and could benefit from a makeover.

The rooms at Hotel Djem were absolutely amazing! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the separate sitting area was so cozy and comfortable. I loved having free WiFi in my room, it made staying connected a breeze. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially during the hot Istanbul summer. I felt right at home in my room at Hotel Djem.
Personally, the rainfall showerheads in the private bathroom were not my cup of tea. But hey, that's just my preference!

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in the heart of the historic area of Istanbul. The hotel location was perfect for exploring all the key attractions - we were just a short walk away from top sights like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering us a warm welcome on arrival and providing us with plenty of helpful advice throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which included a range of local products and fresh pastries.
That some of the staff struggled with English when we needed assistance. This was a minor issue, as we were able to communicate effectively most of the time.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the location was fantastic, with major sites within walking distance. the breakfast provided a good variety of food options.
The price was quite high considering what was offered. there was a lack of organization when it came to providing receipts for payments and the guided tour.
